Csilla Budai

Csilla Budai is MDAC projects officer, with an organisational-wide remit for project management. She has been with MDAC since July 2006. After living in the United States for six years, she studied political science in Germany at the International University Bremen. She graduated with a BA degree in Integrated Social Sciences in 2004. For one year she worked for the Open Society Institute in Budapest as a program assistant.

In the following year Csilla studied human rights at the Central European University in Budapest, earning an MA in Human Rights Law in 2006. During her studies she has held internship positions at the Open Society Institute’s International Harm Reduction Program and the Mental Health Initiative, and also with Amnesty International Hungary. Her stress reducing hobbies include swimming, running, photography and reading.
